Neil Davis is an Italian-American singer-songwriter, actor and human rights activist born and raised in Queens, New York. Influenced by the city’s rich culture, authentic edge and arts scene, Neil has been writing and performing independently for nearly a decade. He began playing the piano by ear at the young age of three, and since then has nurtured and merged his talents into a multi-faceted performance career. Last January, Neil made his Carnegie Hall debut performing with two-time Grammy Award winner Lauren Daigle, and has also performed as an opening act for The Dave Matthews Band and Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child. Aniello has also had the honor of performing in front of various public figures including Nelson Mandela, Tony Bennett, Britney Spears, Drew Barrymore and many others. Aniello’s latest single ‘Stand Up,’ an anthem about hope and equality, has already gained the attention of President Joe Biden, inviting Neil to perform the single as part of his Team Joe Sings series. The music video features fan submitted messages of what they stand up for, including a special one from entertainer Tony Bennett and his wife Susan, longtime mentors of Neil.
Neil’s music can be best described as the perfect balance of catchy yet emotionally driven pop songs about life, love, and hope. He is a champion for the LGBTQ+ community and a proud member of the Human Rights Campaign organization. He also shares his talent with various non-profit organizations including Sing For Hope and Pencils of Promise.
