Ally’s passion for fitness runs deep. After recovering from a stroke at 23 years old, she realized what her body is capable of. Since then, she made it her mission to empower others by showing them their own resilience. She became a trainer with the intention of building confidence in everyone. Ally grew up a dancer and now combines her rhythm and functional strength movements for an energetic, effective workout.
Ally is a model based in NYC and has worked with brands such as: Equinox, Reebok, Nike, Furthermore, Misfit Wearables, Carbon38, Alala, Brooklinen, and more.
